THE REAL ESTATE SUPPORT APP
The main goal of our project with Real Estate was to improve the service for a tenant. With our Real Estate App, around 60% of the problems will be solved without phone calls to customer service. Also, because of the Real Estate App, employees are able to ask their questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There is a chatbox available where more difficult questions can be asked. The chatbox is managed by the customer service and available during opening hours. All customers have their own personalized chat page which also stores data of what they’ve been up to using the Real Estate App.
This helps the company collecting data on what problems customers have. The App also contains a news feed where latest news is shown.
