The main goal of our project with SITECH was to improve the overall customer service. With our Support App, 60% of the problems are solved without phone calls to customer service. Also, because of the Support App, employees are able to ask their questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is a chatbox available where more difficult questions can be asked. The chatbox is managed by the costumer service and available during opening hours. All employees have their own personalized chat page which also stores data of what they’ve been up to using the support app.

This helps the company collecting data on what problems employees have. The App contains a news feed where latest developments of the company are shown. That way all employees know what’s going on with their company.

The app is now live in Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands
